Overview
As a Contract Business Analyst focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will play a crucial role in transforming operational processes within a high-growth organization. You'll lead efforts to streamline payroll workflows, collaborating with various functional teams to integrate AI and RPA solutions, and identifying opportunities for automation. This position involves remote work with occasional travel for workshops, making it suitable for candidates with a strong background in process improvement and RPA technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional teams to capture and document as-is processes using BPMN or equivalent.
- Run workshops and interviews to gather requirements and identify pain points.
- Define success metrics to measure process improvements and the impact of RPA.
- Identify and assess automation opportunities with business units and RPA partners.
- Liaise with third-party RPA vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience in RPA.
- Skilled in using Visio, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and RPA platforms like UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality BA artifacts, including feasibility assessments, RTMs, UAT scripts, and training materials.
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
