Overview
We are seeking three Business Analysts for remote contract positions that will involve occasional travel to Leatherhead. The successful candidates will work closely with the Process and Data Change Manager to capture, manage, and deliver on contractual requirements, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This role aims to support both client and internal stakeholders in a complex project environment, ensuring consistency and quality in deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support the Process and Data Change Manager in capturing and coding contractual requirements in a requirements catalogue.
- Lead stakeholder communications to clarify and resolve requirements with clients.
- Define detailed process flow diagrams for service delivery based on client requirements.
- Assist in defining and controlling a supporting data dictionary to align with functional requirements.
- Maintain functional requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are fulfilled in technical developments.
- Work with the test team to validate that testing aligns with business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate the handover of requirements documentation to BAU teams post-hypercare.
Requirements
- Experience with large-scale, multi-organisational mobilisation programmes.
- Proven track record in developing complex contractual requirements and managing them through design, development, and testing phases.
- Experience in managing client workshops and resolving requirement ambiguities.
- Hands-on experience delivering in both client-side and supplier-side roles within the public sector.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL database software, preferably MRI Evolution.
- Proficiency in MS Visio for creating complex transactional flow diagrams.
- Degree in a technical subject and recognized Business Analyst accreditation are essential.
