Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 6-month contract role that offers a hybrid working arrangement. In this position, you will lead project inception efforts and shape investment decisions across various business and IT initiatives while engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Your proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to elicit and document requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align requirements with solutions.
- Support supplier selection and procurement activity as needed.
- Produce high-quality investment papers covering costs, risks, timelines, and benefits.
- Drive decision-making with stakeholders to meet key investment deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong core BA delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and independent mindset, able to challenge and drive outcomes.
