Overview
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a large-scale Finance Transformation programme, specifically focusing on the implementation of ServiceNow to standardize finance processes. Working collaboratively with Senior Business Analysts, Finance Subject Matter Experts, and Technical teams, the contractor will contribute to the successful delivery of key finance transformation initiatives, enabling improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering workshops with Finance stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and meeting notes.
- Assist with As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Support the implementation of ServiceNow workflows alongside ERP systems.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business readiness activities.
- Produce project documentation, process maps, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Junior Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a ServiceNow implementation or enhancement project.
- Exposure to Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, or finance process improvement programmes.
- Knowledge of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Experience in gathering requirements and supporting workshops.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
