Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in the hospitality and retail sectors to join our team on a hybrid basis. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with various internal teams and third-party suppliers to map and enhance the current systems landscape, improve operational processes, and support organizational growth. The position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity for further project involvement beyond the initial contract.
Responsibilities
- Map the current systems landscape across retail, finance, stock, EPOS, supplier, and menu/recipe management areas.
- Identify interactions between systems, addressing duplication, gaps, legacy issues, and opportunities for rationalization.
- Review supplier relationships, contracts, invoices, and license fees for improved visibility and accountability.
- Produce clear documentation, process maps, and actionable recommendations to demonstrate business progress and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM in fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience mapping complex systems, processes, and supplier landscapes.
- Commercial awareness with confidence in reviewing contracts, invoices, and license arrangements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience within hospitality and/or retail environments is essential.
