Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to collaborate on a high-impact consulting project within the investment management sector. The contractor will work closely with business and technology teams to design and implement an AI-powered investment product, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future state investment processes.
- Gather, validate, and manage business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of the AI product.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Excellence.
- Background in management consulting with a strong financial services focus, ideally within investments.
- Knowledge of private markets is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI product delivery or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong process modeling and business analysis capabilities.
- Exposure to generative AI and agentic AI workflows, machine learning concepts, and the Azure ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies, such as Jira.
