Overview
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in a major government-backed digital transformation programme, focusing on the development of a data-sharing platform. The contractor will collaborate with architects, engineers, security specialists, and business stakeholders to capture and analyze business, technical, and security requirements across multiple workstreams. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in Agile environments and possess the skill to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Capture and analyze business, technical, and security requirements across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and security specialists to shape solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Create process maps, user stories, and workflows, ensuring traceability of requirements.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
- Assist in System Testing, UAT, and business readiness initiatives.
- Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital and data platform projects.
- Strong ability to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in process mapping, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience supporting System Testing and UAT processes.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments alongside architects and security teams.
