Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a retail ERP transformation project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure the new ERP system is effectively integrated within the organization. You will be instrumental in mapping current and future processes, collecting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Produce end-to-end process maps (As-Is and To-Be) across key business functions.
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting BA documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Support UAT activities where required and ensure business readiness for ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on transformation or change programmes.
- Previous experience within a retail environment.
- Strong business process mapping experience using tools such as Visio or similar.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working on ERP implementation or post-implementation projects is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
