Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on Automation and AI for a 3-month contract position. In this role, the contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for automation, and design future solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in AI to improve workflows and decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand objectives and operational constraints.
- Document and analyze current-state processes and automation readiness.
- Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities with clear value propositions.
- Define future-state processes and support solution design aligned to business goals.
- Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables including process maps and requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the correct implementation of requirements.
- Support change adoption through stakeholder communication and training.
- Track benefits realization to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on automation initiatives and/or AI process improvement.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Strong ability to translate complex problems into structured requirements and actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in mapping and analyzing processes to define future-state operating models.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Awareness of AI delivery considerations including data quality and governance.
