Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a significant ERP transformation project, assisting with the transition from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central. This hybrid role will involve collaborating with various teams to optimize business processes and ensure successful integration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, focusing on areas such as sales, service, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process discovery for the commercial lifecycle.
- Design and optimize product catalogue, pricing models, and quoting processes in Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Document current and future-state process maps, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Support data migration, including product and customer data validation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) across systems.
- Drive process optimization and automation using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Ensure business readiness and adoption of new processes post-go-live.
Requirements
- Proven experience with end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong expertise in product catalogue design, pricing structures, and quoting processes.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes across CRM and ERP.
- Knowledge of Business Central modules, including finance and inventory management.
- Experience with designing and supporting CRM-ERP integrations.
- Strong capability in functional design, documentation, and process standardization.
- Experience migrating from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
