Overview
The Business Central Consultant will play a vital role in a large-scale transformation program focused on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Collaborating with business stakeholders and transformation leaders, the consultant will help design and deploy best practices for CRM and pipeline management within the new ERP framework, contributing to the standardization of commercial processes across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and deployment of CRM and opportunity management processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, and role centers to optimize business operations.
- Facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and gather insights for transformation efforts.
- Work closely with implementation partners to ensure effective implementation of ERP functionalities.
- Contribute to the standardization of commercial reporting and operational controls across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM, opportunity management, and sales pipeline processes.
- Experience in configuring workflows, approval processes, and role centers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience working on transformation and change programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Desirable: Experience with 4PS, and exposure to Power BI.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial services sectors is a plus.
