Overview
The Business Central Functional Consultant will work on a contract basis to assess and enhance the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a leading organization. The consultant will collaborate with various business stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure the system meets operational needs while driving greater value from the software. This role requires a focus on delivering effective solutions and strategic guidance across departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess the current Business Central implementation.
- Identify opportunities for system optimisation and process improvement.
- Recommend and implement best-practice configurations and integrations.
- Work with business stakeholders to align system setup with operational needs.
- Provide strategic guidance on extending Business Central’s functionality across departments.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering and optimising Business Central solutions.
- Deep functional understanding across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience conducting system reviews and delivering actionable improvement plans.
- Confident working independently in a consultancy-style engagement.
