Overview
A Business Change Consultant / Change Manager is sought to support a high-profile digital transformation program for a leading consultancy. The contractor will be responsible for leading organisational change activities and engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate smoother transitions during enterprise technology rebrands and digital employee experience initiatives. They will work remotely with occasional travel requirements, collaborating with teams across IT, HR, and leadership to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance to change.
Responsibilities
- Lead organisational change activities using structured change management methodologies.
- Develop and deliver internal communications and branding strategies to support user transition.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across IT, HR, Service Desk, leadership teams, and end users.
- Design and deliver training and adoption materials, including quick-start guides, FAQs, video walkthroughs, and awareness sessions.
- Drive user adoption and manage resistance to change.
- Create engaging digital campaigns and content to support phased rollouts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise change management and technology-driven transformations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience creating training and enablement materials.
- Understanding of AI-powered support tools and conversational AI concepts, including Virtual Agents and AI Search.
- Ability to develop engaging digital communications and adoption campaigns.
- Desirable: ServiceNow platform knowledge, particularly Employee Centre and Virtual Agent.
