Overview
The Business Data Project Manager will play a critical role in a major business transformation initiative aimed at enhancing service delivery and process efficiency within an international organization. This position involves managing the Customer Data workstream, ensuring that data is accurately collected, cleansed, and validated to support transformation efforts across multiple European locations. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive data quality and compliance while facilitating workshops and reporting on project progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer data workstream across three systems.
- Manage end-to-end data preparation including cleansing, validation, and organisation of customer data.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, implementing mitigation actions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience.
- Strong background delivering data-centric transformation programmes.
- Experience with data quality, governance, cleansing, and integration activities.
- Proven stakeholder management across complex environments.
- Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Syrinx experience highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced international organisation.
