Overview
The Business Process Analyst will play a vital role in a global pharmaceutical transformation program focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and enhancing process excellence. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders in Supply Chain, Data, and Technology to drive process design, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for improvement within the organization's global operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive process design and optimization initiatives across global operations.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and promote process improvement.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support transformational change efforts within the Process Excellence team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working within Supply Chain or Data environments.
- Familiarity with BPM applications or relevant tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation projects.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
