The Business Process Analyst will be instrumental in supporting an ERP transformation programme, primarily focusing on the discovery and assessment phase of a larger business change initiative. This role entails working closely with stakeholders to understand and document current-state business processes, while also assessing existing systems and workflows to prepare for the next design phase. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying compliance gaps and opportunities for process improvement, collaborating hands-on with business teams throughout the project.

Responsibilities

  • Support the discovery and assessment phase of ERP transformation programmes.
  • Document current-state business processes and assess operational workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and requirements.
  • Identify compliance and control gaps within existing processes.
  • Highlight opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Produce clear process documentation and supporting artefacts.
  • Work independently within a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions to ensure comprehensive analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst in ERP implementation or transformation.
  • Strong skills in process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess current-state processes and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and internal control standards.
  • Demonstrated requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
  • Experience supporting organizations in ERP discovery and design preparation phases.
  • Understanding of finance processes and relevant business controls.
