Overview
The Business Process Analyst will be instrumental in supporting an ERP transformation programme, primarily focusing on the discovery and assessment phase of a larger business change initiative. This role entails working closely with stakeholders to understand and document current-state business processes, while also assessing existing systems and workflows to prepare for the next design phase. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying compliance gaps and opportunities for process improvement, collaborating hands-on with business teams throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Support the discovery and assessment phase of ERP transformation programmes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst in ERP implementation or transformation.
- Strong skills in process analysis, mapping, and documentation.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to assess current-state processes and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and internal control standards.
- Demonstrated requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
- Experience supporting organizations in ERP discovery and design preparation phases.
- Understanding of finance processes and relevant business controls.
