Overview
The Business Process Mapper will play a pivotal role in the Process Excellence team, focusing on the design and implementation of business processes within major projects, specifically SAP S/4HANA. This position entails collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and improve process standards, contributing significantly to transformational change initiatives in a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a member of the Centre of Process Excellence team to drive SAP S/4HANA process design.
- Contribute to the improvement of process excellence methodology and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
- Attend workshops and meetings to map and design global, interim, and localisation processes.
- Design and document new business processes, including end-to-end process flows.
- Utilise in-house BPM software to model processes.
- Train and coach teams on process excellence capabilities and business process tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end process management within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong hands-on background in process mapping and modelling.
- Demonstrated capability as a facilitator, leading sessions with various stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement and applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ERP change programmes.
- Experience using or managing BPM applications.
- Desirable: Lean Six Sigma certification and strong Excel skills for data analysis.
