Overview
As a Business Readiness Consultant, you will be integral to the successful implementation of technology solutions within wealth management firms. Working remotely, you will engage with stakeholders and deliver training to ensure effective user adoption and operational transitions. This role involves collaborating with project managers and technical teams to enhance business processes and support clients in maximising the value of their technology investments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business readiness activities across technology implementation programmes.
- Develop and execute communication, training, and post-go-live support strategies.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and technology vendors.
- Design and deliver training materials, workshops, user guides, and support sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and technical teams for operational transitions.
- Support post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to proposition development and assist in onboarding new clients.
- Provide practical advice to clients to ensure technology generates measurable business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology implementation projects in wealth management or UK financial advice.
- Strong background in business readiness, change management, and operational transition.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging clients and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering training across various formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business requirements into solutions.
- Experience with wealth management CRM platforms such as Intelliflo Office, Xplan, or Curo is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in business analysis or training design is advantageous.
