Business Systems Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a leading insurance business on a crucial product modernization initiative. This hybrid role involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams to define a software Target Operating Model (TOM) while supporting systems integration and delivery in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the insurance sector, particularly in pricing and underwriting processes, and should possess a strong technical mindset to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the software Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Translate high-level business concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams.
• Support system integration and delivery across complex environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Analyst in complex delivery environments.
• US insurance experience or exposure to ISO.
• Experience within insurance, pricing, or underwriting platforms.
• Good technical mindset and understanding, though not expected to be a developer.
• Experience designing software-focused Target Operating Models (TOMs).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, delivery-focused environments.
