Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a leading insurance business on a software product modernization initiative. In this hybrid role, the contractor will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams to define and implement a software Target Operating Model (TOM), while supporting system integration across complex environments. This position offers the opportunity to influence the delivery of transformative solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Define and document the software Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Translate high-level business concepts into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams.
- Support system integration and delivery across complex environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Analyst in complex delivery environments.
- Strong technical mindset with an understanding of software design.
- Experience designing software-focused Target Operating Models (TOMs).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous delivery-focused environments.
- Experience within insurance, pricing, or underwriting platforms is desirable.
- Familiarity with systems integration for practical and scalable solutions is important.
