Overview
We are looking for an experienced CAFM Developer to join our team for an initial 12-month contract. This hybrid role will focus on providing development and support coverage for the CAFM platform, ensuring continuity of service and ongoing development while a permanent CAFM capability is established. The successful contractor will collaborate with various teams to maintain and enhance workflows, integrations, and automations during the transition period.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of CAFM workflows and automations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across workflows, integrations, and data flows.
- Ensure stability and performance of existing CAFM solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy CAFM workflows, triggers, and integrations.
- Continue delivery of in-flight development items across programme workstreams.
- Translate functional requirements into system-driven automation solutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and processes.
- Capture knowledge and lessons learned to support transition planning.
Requirements
- Experience working with CAFM systems, ideally MRI Evolution and Workflow Pro.
- Proven ability to support and modify existing workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and system integrations.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying code across multiple environments.
- Proficiency in SQL/database schema management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Desirable experience with Visual Basic (VB) scripting and live operational systems.
