Overview

The Change and Communications AI Consultant will play a pivotal role within the AI and Innovation team, focusing on enhancing awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI initiatives across the organization. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, the consultant will develop effective communication strategies and materials to support the organization's AI strategy and playbook. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant transformations while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the AI and Innovation Strategy and AI Playbook.
• Lead AI awareness and engagement activities, including producing blogs, briefings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Create clear communication materials tailored for various audiences and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an independent consultant in change and communications.
• Strong background in complex organizations, preferably within AI or digital transformation.
• Ability to develop clear communication materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable: Previous consulting experience.
