Overview

The Change & Communications Manager will play a critical role in supporting a Cyber Risk Programme that encompasses multiple technical projects. This position involves driving stakeholder engagement and developing targeted communication strategies to facilitate the successful delivery and adoption of programme outcomes across the organization. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, influencing senior leadership and ensuring that change initiatives are effectively communicated and embraced within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery activities to understand business impacts, stakeholder needs, and change requirements.
  • Perform stakeholder mapping and audience segmentation across business and technical communities.
  • Complete change impact assessments to identify organizational, process, and behavioral impacts.
  • Develop and execute targeted engagement strategies aligned to stakeholder needs and programme objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape change activities.
  • Create comprehensive communication plans that support programme milestones and business readiness.
  • Maintain clear action tracking and ownership across change and communications workstreams.
  • Monitor and escalate change-related risks, dependencies, and issues as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Change Management and Communications roles within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong discovery, stakeholder engagement, and challenge skills.
  • Proven experience conducting stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, and change impact assessments.
  • Expertise in communication planning, message development, and creating compelling change narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to differentiate between organization-wide communications and targeted engagement approaches.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong governance, action tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
