Change Director

Overview

The Infrastructure Change Director will spearhead a substantial transformation programme within a large organization navigating significant business changes. This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with senior IT executives to ensure the effective execution of intricate infrastructure change initiatives, particularly in the context of business separation. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale IT transformation projects in merger and acquisition settings, focusing on minimizing operational disruption and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure change initiatives related to business separation programmes.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to drive strategic transformation projects.
• Ensure critical infrastructure workstreams are delivered on schedule with minimal disruption.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams throughout the change process.
• Oversee stakeholder management at the Director or CIO level.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure change programmes.
• Experience in merger, acquisition, or divestment environments.
• Strong expertise in large-scale IT infrastructure and operational transformation.
• Knowledge of outsourcing or managed service transition programmes.
• Background in the insurance or insurance brokerage sector is preferred.
