Overview
The Change Manager role involves leading and delivering change management workstreams for complex transformation initiatives within a prestigious consultancy. The contractor will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop change strategies and ensure effective communication, engagement, and training across various sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on sustainable change management, supporting multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver change management workstreams across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training approaches.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Support programme leadership teams to drive adoption and embed sustainable change.
- Provide pragmatic, hands-on consulting support across multiple client engagements.
Requirements
- Previous experience with one of the Big Four consulting firms or a leading management consultancy.
- Strong consulting credentials at Senior Consultant or Manager level.
- A proven track record in delivering organisational change, business transformation, or technology-enabled change programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, consultancy mindset.
- Experience across multiple sectors and programme environments.
