The Change Manager will take ownership of the Change Management workstream in a large-scale regulatory transformation programme within the financial services sector. Responsibilities

  • Configure, optimise, and govern complex Change Management workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate operational and regulatory requirements into compliant technical solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, risk management, and audit standards.
  • Drive delivery with significant autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

  • 6–15 years of demonstrable hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience, specifically in Change Management.
  • Proven track record in Financial Services, navigating regulatory complexities.
  • Exceptional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business analysis capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in highly regulated and complex environments.
