Overview
The Change Manager will take ownership of the Change Management workstream in a large-scale regulatory transformation programme within the financial services sector. This role requires a seasoned expert in ServiceNow configuration and optimisation, ensuring compliance and governance suited for the highly regulated banking industry. The Change Manager will engage with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and maintain rigorous standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimise, and govern complex Change Management workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements
- 6–15 years of demonstrable hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience, specifically in Change Management.
- Proven track record in Financial Services, navigating regulatory complexities.
- Exceptional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business analysis capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in highly regulated and complex environments.
