Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management within a pharmaceutical or similar environment.
  • Strong background in project management and PPM transformations.
  • Experience in finance process change related to R&D activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
