Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives for a PPM transformation project.

Requirements
- Proven experience in change management within a pharmaceutical or similar environment.
- Strong background in project management and PPM transformations.
- Experience in finance process change related to R&D activities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
