Overview

We are seeking a Change and Transformation Manager to join a remote, three-month contract focused on a Geospatial Project. The successful candidate will leverage their consultancy experience, particularly in the public sector, to establish a structured framework for organizational change in relation to the utilization of Geospatial Data. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to define processes that will enhance and sustain geospatial data standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the resourcing and service model for geospatial data management.
  • Define policies and governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Articulate business processes and organizational changes for integrating geospatial capabilities.
  • Specify tooling and systems to support geospatial data access and usage.
  • Provide a framework for continuous improvement in data management practices.

Requirements

  • Strong consultancy background with experience in public sector and GDS.
  • Understanding of service transition, organizational change, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Experience in defining business cases and qualifying benefits for government services.
  • Familiarity with structured methods such as Prosci ADKAR, ITIL, and MSP/PRINCE2 Agile.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and co-design sessions within an agile environment.
