Overview
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to oversee and coordinate change management activities within a large Defence organization. This role involves leading all aspects of change governance and communication, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management within the Defence sector, particularly in relation to Land ISTAR and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate change management activities across the Defence organization.
- Develop and facilitate change control governance processes.
- Prepare change documentation, impact assessments, and options analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in change communications.
- Support the integration of change control with project management disciplines.
- Ensure alignment of changes with wider programme dependencies and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading change management within large-scale Defence organizations.
- Strong understanding of change governance and project management frameworks.
- Experience in preparing documentation and assessments for decision-making boards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with engagement experience at the senior level.
- Familiarity with Land ISTAR and Defence capability delivery.
- Knowledge of the integration of change management with risk, schedule, cost, and configuration management.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing change management frameworks across projects or portfolios.
- Active SC Clearance required.
