Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to oversee complex, client-facing change initiatives within the asset or investment management sector. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams, third-party partners, and senior stakeholders in delivering strategic change that aligns with the organizational objectives. This role involves managing multiple workstreams within fast-paced transformation programmes and ensures governance, risk management, and benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent change initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ensure effective governance and risk management practices are in place.
- Produce governance and reporting materials for stakeholders.
- Support benefits realization across complex change programmes.
- Adapt workstream management in response to project challenges and dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end change in asset or investment management environments.
- Strong background in project management, business analysis, or change delivery roles.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex transformation programmes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with senior leadership engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk and project delivery challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including governance documentation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapt to change.
