The Claims Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the claims transformation programme for a specialty insurer. This individual will collaborate closely with the claims function to drive process improvements and perform data and operations analysis, leveraging deep expertise in London market claims. The initial contract is for 9 months, requiring full-time engagement on-site in the city.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement within the claims function.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making processes regarding claims operations.
  • Implement change initiatives in line with the claims transformation programme.
  • Conduct operations analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in claims handling.
  • Lead workshops and sessions to gather requirements and feedback from the teams involved.
  • Provide support in the transition of new processes to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven background in claims transformation within the London market.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of claims operations and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive operational enhancements.
  • Experience with change management and implementation of new processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
