The CLM Implementation Project Manager will lead a critical Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program, focusing on the successful implementation of the Luminance system. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders, stabilising project delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals while mitigating risks and resolving issues. The position is focused on driving progress in a high-profile project currently at a pivotal stage of development.

Responsibilities

  • Take over and lead the existing Luminance CLM implementation programme.
  • Assess the current state of the project and define a clear recovery plan.
  • Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to realign priorities.
  • Drive delivery, governance, and progress reporting.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues to bring the project back on track.
  • Ensure successful implementation aligned to business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering CLM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management systems and processes.
  • Experience/knowledge of the Luminance system is highly desirable.
  • Solid project delivery experience across complex programmes.
  • Ability to step into challenged projects and drive turnaround strategies.
  • Experience working with trading companies and trading contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
