Cloud FinOps Engineer (Azure / Multi-Cloud Focus) - contract (Outside IR35) Location: Hybrid/remote - initial 1/2 days on site (London) Length: Initially 6 months Are you passionate about optimizing cloud costs without sacrificing performance? What you’ll do: Build visibility into cloud spend with real-time dashboards and reports Partner with Finance & Engineering to forecast, analyse, and optimize usage Automate tagging, cost governance, and savings strategies Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives across Azure (and beyond) What we’re looking for: 3+ years in FinOps / Cloud Cost Optimization 5+ years in Cloud Engineering (Azure required, multi-cloud a plus) Strong financial acumen and data-driven mindset Skilled in Python / PowerShell and Azure automation tools Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-305) preferred Interested? Responsibilities

• Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives across Azure and multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FinOps or cloud cost optimization.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with Azure expertise.
• Strong financial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell, along with Azure automation tools.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-400 or AZ-305 are preferred.
