Overview
The Commercial Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting programme delivery and facilitating client engagement for a consultancy specializing in growth and go-to-market transformation. Working closely with stakeholders, the consultant will transform strategy and insights into high-quality commercial materials that drive project success and foster commercial growth. This role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams and the management of client expectations to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of complex programmes, managing timelines, actions, deliverables, resources, and key milestones.
- Act as a key client contact, running stakeholder meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring clarity on progress, priorities, and next steps.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, presentations, frameworks, and sales enablement materials from data, insight, and strategy.
- Identify issues proactively and manage priorities to keep project delivery on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant in a commercial consulting role.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to proactively identify issues and manage delivery.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, adept at running meetings and working collaboratively.
- Commercially aware and analytical, with experience synthesising data into high-quality client-ready materials, particularly using PowerPoint.
