Overview
The Communications and Change Manager will play a crucial role in supporting a Cyber Risk Programme by driving stakeholder engagement and facilitating change management activities. Working collaboratively with various teams, the successful candidate will develop targeted communication strategies and conduct impact assessments to ensure the effective adoption of programme outcomes across the organization. This position demands a proactive individual capable of influencing senior stakeholders and advocating for tailored engagement approaches to minimize disruption during the change process.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive communication plans that support programme milestones.
- Create compelling communication strategies and narratives for change initiatives.
- Determine effective communication channels for both broad and targeted stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct discovery activities to identify stakeholder needs and change requirements.
- Perform stakeholder mapping and complete change impact assessments.
- Facilitate workshops with Project Managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain governance reporting and risk visibility to programme leadership.
- Monitor and escalate change-related risks and dependencies as necessary.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Change Management and Communications within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and conducting impact assessments.
- Expertise in communication planning and message development.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate between broad communications and targeted engagement.
- Experience in facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust governance, action tracking, and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex programme environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
