Overview
The Connected Car Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing the Connected Car portfolio for a premium automotive manufacturer. This position involves cross-functional collaboration and requires a detail-oriented individual to facilitate decision-making processes based on market data and technical requirements. The analyst will act as the central point of contact for connected car initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization of projects while supporting ongoing innovation efforts within the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Connected Car portfolio roadmap and tracker.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignments with technical and market data analysis.
- Manage the connected car requirements pipeline by prioritizing and triaging needs.
- Coordinate with functional and business owners for portfolio gap identification and product-market fit analysis.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and regional feature analysis.
- Lead the Connected Car Innovation Hub by gathering and documenting insights.
- Support the Bi-weekly Lean Portfolio Management forum by organizing agendas and updating action logs.
Requirements
- Strong experience in customer data analysis and process design.
- Proven track record in digital innovation frameworks or product discovery methods.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in product planning and program management within the automotive sectors.
- Ability to convert customer and business insights into technical solutions.
- Broad knowledge of connected car technology and market trends.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.
