Overview
We are seeking experienced Content Designers to work with a specialist technology consultancy on high-impact digital services tailored for the public sector. In this contract role, you will collaborate with delivery teams to create clear, accessible content that enhances user experiences, while also engaging in various parts of the service design process. Responsibilities

- Advocate for user needs by navigating style guides and accessibility standards.
- Make informed decisions regarding content placement and structure based on user research.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Google Docs, and GitHub in your workflows.
- Contribute to discussions on the integration of AI tools in content design.
Requirements
- Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is mandatory.
- Experience in creating user-centered digital content.
- Familiarity with navigating brand and style guides, including GOV.UK.
- Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Proficiency with design and content management tools like Figma, Google Docs, and GitHub.
- Ability to articulate the rationale behind content design decisions.
