Overview
We are looking for experienced Content Developers to create and enhance training materials for a significant ERP programme. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to conduct gap analyses, update learning content, and develop innovative digital learning modules, ensuring a high standard of engagement and interactivity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis of existing training content.
- Update, refine, and enhance current learning materials.
- Develop engaging digital learning content.
- Create interactive modules using Adobe Captivate.
- Support testing activities as required.
- Contribute to Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and similar digital adoption tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital learning and content development.
- Strong capability with Adobe Captivate.
- Ability to design engaging, interactive learning experiences.
- Experience working within ERP environments, preferably Oracle.
