The CRM Business Analyst will engage in workshops with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Write comprehensive acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure value-driven delivery.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and identify optimization opportunities for CRM.
  • Create clear and concise user stories and process maps for development teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a matrix environment to ensure alignment and understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM implementation and enhancements.
  • Strong technical writing skills, particularly in creating user stories and process maps.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, demonstrating the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A global mindset with excellent communication skills to engage effectively across teams.
