Overview
The CRM Business Analyst will engage in workshops with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. The contractor will focus on enhancing CRM performance through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with Product Owners to facilitate the innovation and maintenance of digital products.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM implementation and enhancements.
- Strong technical writing skills, particularly in creating user stories and process maps.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, demonstrating the ability to influence stakeholders.
