We are seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to develop impactful customer engagement solutions within mission-driven organisations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements while guiding the design process from discovery to delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital transformation projects create measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points.
  • Translate stakeholder goals into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions.
  • Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in D365 CE or with other CRM solutions (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, SugarCRM, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to document and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
