Overview

We are seeking a hands-on CRM Consultant on a contract basis to manage a small portfolio of clients, from program audit to execution and analytics. This role requires a versatile expert to diagnose issues, shape strategies, and execute CRM campaigns while maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with team members and report directly to the founder, ensuring impactful growth through best-in-class CRM practices.

Responsibilities

  • Run the Intentive Score audit to diagnose and score client programs.
  • Shape lifecycle strategies for onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Execute audience segmentation for personalized content and campaigns.
  • Build and schedule campaigns while maintaining deliverability best practices.
  • Own reporting and analytics, updating the Intentive Score quarterly.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee the execution process.

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on B2C or consumer CRM and lifecycle experience.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SMS automations, and campaign management.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to navigate audit-to-execution processes comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Client-facing skills with senior stakeholders and the ability to manage accounts independently.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
