Overview

We are looking for a skilled CSA Project Manager to oversee a modular cleanroom construction project. This role involves managing the installation of prefabricated cleanroom modules, ensuring that all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with subcontractors and various teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and integration of prefabricated modular cleanroom units.
  • Manage and coordinate all CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) activities on site.
  • Ensure health & safety (HSE) standards are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and programme compliance.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule and resolve any site-based issues.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders, design teams, and internal delivery teams.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with cleanroom standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a CSA Project Manager on construction projects.
  • Demonstrable experience within cleanroom environments (pharma, life sciences, semiconductor or similar).
  • Experience managing or working on modular / prefabricated construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and site compliance.
  • Track record of managing subcontractors and delivering projects to programme.
  • Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running.
  • Desirable background in complex or highly regulated project environments.
  • Experience on fast-track or technically demanding builds.
