Overview

The Cyber Learning Analyst will play a key role in supporting a large-scale cyber awareness and compliance programme within a global organisation. This position involves coordinating global learning initiatives and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of training content. The role is remote, and it offers the opportunity to enhance organizational cybersecurity through education and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global cyber learning campaigns using a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage training assignments, reporting, compliance tracking, and audit evidence.
  • Oversee the localisation and translation of multilingual training content.
  • Produce dashboards and completion reports utilizing Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with Cyber, HR, Legal, and regional teams to facilitate effective learning delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement through process optimisation and human risk reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating learning, cyber awareness, or compliance programmes.
  • Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (preferably MetaCompliance and/or Workday Learning).
  • Strong skills in reporting and data analysis, particularly with Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent organisation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of phishing awareness, human risk factors, or NIS2 regulations is advantageous.
