Overview
The Cyber Learning Consultant will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive cyber awareness and compliance program for a global organization. Working remotely, the consultant will engage with diverse stakeholders to coordinate cyber learning initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and compliance tracking. This position focuses on utilizing learning management systems and producing data reports to continuously improve cyber training programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global cyber learning campaigns via a Learning Management System (LMS). Manage training assignments, compliance tracking, and audit evidence documentation. Coordinate multilingual content localization and translation processes. Produce dashboards and completion reports utilizing Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with Cyber, HR, Legal, and regional teams for effective learning delivery. Support ongoing improvements through process optimization and human risk reporting.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of the NIS2 Framework. Experience coordinating learning, cyber awareness, or compliance programs. Hands-on experience with an LMS, preferably MetaCompliance or Workday Learning. Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management capability. Attention to detail is essential.
