Overview

The Cyber Security Analyst will play a critical role in a substantial cyber transformation program aimed at implementing managed cyber security services worldwide. Working predominantly remotely with some travel to London or Birmingham, this position focuses on creating, documenting, and operationalizing cyber service operating models while collaborating closely with cyber leadership and various IT stakeholders. The successful candidate will engage with internal teams and external service providers to drive service adoption and streamline processes across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document cyber service operating models supporting global service delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops to define processes, governance, and operational responsibilities.
  • Produce process maps, RACI matrices, service documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Support the rollout and operational adoption of managed cyber security services across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Cyber Operations, Cyber Service Management, or Cyber Transformation environments.
  • Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Service Design, or Operating Model consultancy.
  • Experience in creating process documentation, operating models, governance frameworks, and RACI matrices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in large, complex organisations and interaction with third-party service providers.
