Overview
The Cyber Security Architect will play a critical role in delivering secure architecture solutions for business-critical projects, primarily in a remote setting with occasional travel to London. This position calls for an experienced security professional adept in security architecture and cloud security, responsible for aligning security practices with organizational goals while collaborating with technical teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver secure architecture solutions for business-critical projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define security requirements.
- Assess risks and implement secure-by-design principles across the organization.
- Produce high-level and low-level security design documentation.
- Advise on security architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Implement security governance and compliance measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cyber security architecture within enterprise or complex environments.
- Strong background in designing secure solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networks, and applications.
- Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and security assurance.
- Familiarity with cloud security across Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
- Experience in producing security governance and compliance documentation.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, or CCSP.
