Overview
The D365 Business Central Project Manager will lead a finance transformation programme for a Facilities Management organisation, overseeing the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple subsidiaries. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party implementation partners to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of the project while managing a wide range of programmatic components and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a D365 Business Central finance implementation across multiple business entities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, reporting directly to the CFO and Head of PMO.
- Shape the implementation roadmap in a consultative manner, providing governance and oversight to the implementation partner.
- Manage the delivery partner, ensuring accountability for programme milestones and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate project delivery across various business units and locations to ensure successful programme execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, focusing on finance.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
- Experience overseeing systems integrators during complex ERP implementations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive-level leadership.
- Demonstrated history of delivering multi-company or multi-entity ERP rollouts in complex organisations.
