Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to guide the design and implementation of customer engagement solutions for mission-driven organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams to create scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions that align with clients’ needs while ensuring effective delivery and integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE following client objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enable smooth integration and project delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on maximizing their D365 investment.
- Contribute to team continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading D365 CE projects as a functional consultant.
- Familiarity with D365 CE Modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience in configuring and customizing D365 CE solutions.
- Ability to conduct client workshops effectively, translating requirements into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
