Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Solution Architect to guide the design and implementation of customer engagement solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and work closely with developers and project teams to create scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address client needs. The focus is on driving impact through effective digital transformation in mission-led organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for D365 CE implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Oversee solution delivery, integrations, and custom developments in Power Platform and Azure.
- Guide development teams on best practices and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide architectural governance and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and other related modules).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) is advantageous.
- Proven track record in solution architecture and implementation project delivery.
- Familiarity with Azure services and related integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
